Hi Church
Put a praise on it!
What I would like to share with you today is how to get answers to your prayers.
There are certainly many ways of getting answers to our prayers.
One thing caught my attention recently in a song that we’ve been singing a lot in church.
Put a praise on it! Put a Praise on it!
In Mark 11:24 Jesus was talking to his disciples about prayer and said: “Therefore I tell you whatever you ask for in prayer believe that you have received it and it will be yours.”
Sometimes, the problem is not about unanswered prayers but about what God has already given that we have not taken the time to receive with our faith.
Let’s take a simple example; when someone gives you something you take it from them into your hands, say thank you and then go and enjoy it, that’s the way we
receive anything we are given.
It is not because we cannot see God that this principle does not apply.
When Jesus was talking to his disciple in this scripture, he was teaching them how to release their faith. Jesus was giving them permission to receive something that they might see instantly or later.

Our faith is activated when we believe that God has done what we are asking him to do for us, the first time we prayed, he is not deaf! You may not see the answer today or tomorrow or even for a while but be at rest
and enter into a season of thanksgiving he has heard your prayer; he is working on it and at the right time you will see it come to pass.
While you are waiting keep releasing your faith, by saying “Lord I have already asked
and I believe I received when I prayed for it, so I'm going to thank you in advance for it and put a praise on it.”

God is your true father, he acts like a responsible father should, he loves you!
The scripture says in Psalm 84:11 that no good thing does God withhold from those whose walk is blameless”
So, while you are waiting why don’t you “Put a Praise on it!”

Have a great day
