Thank you for committing your time to pray, fast, and stand with us in faith for the city of Chester.
Here are three prayer directives for this morning:
1. Prayer of Thankfulness
Psalm 100:4
“Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.”
Let’s thank God for the miracles, salvation, and breakthroughs we’ve witnessed in the lives of our church.
Testimony from a team member:
“On Sunday, I was anointed with oil and felt someone’s hand on my back—it was cold, but my back was warm! I was then overwhelmed, not by the pain, but by the Holy Spirit! I was bathed in the Holy Spirit as a friend had prophesied I would be when I arrived at church. The pain in my lower back disappeared, and it continued to feel warm. It still feels warm today, and if there’s any hint of pain, I claim my healing immediately.”
2. Prayer for the New Building
Isaiah 54:2
“Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities.”
Let’s pray for a miracle in the completion of the purchase of our new home. We can’t wait to see the promise become a reality, enabling us to Enlarge, Stretch, and Strengthen God’s work through !A CHR, while settling in a permanent home in Chester.
3. Prayer for the City
Ephesians 3:20-21
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
God, we pray Ephesians 3:20 over Chester, asking that your Kingdom come and your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. We praise you for the church that you are building for Chester.
