The Well-Being team includes health professionals and those with lived experience of improving their mental and physical well-being.

The Well-being Course
The !Audacious Well-being Course seeks to equip people to thrive in life by giving them the tools to have a healthy well-being; mentally, physically and spiritually.
The course is suitable for those with a faith or none and is a safe place where we seek to offer an inclusive and supportive environment to all.
The course is facilitated by the Audacious Well-being team and sessions include:

Volunteering Opportunities
The !Audacious Well-being Course seeks to offer an alternative, evidenced based, mental health intervention to people of faith and no faith who wish to improve their psychological & emotional health.
The !Audacious Well-being Team have successfully delivered the first course and collected various data to help establish the course’s potential in relieving psychological distress and strengthening mental well-being.
We are looking for individuals with a background in Psychology who are familiar with research methods (both qualitative and quantitative), who can support the team in conducting an in-depth analysis, interpretation and write up of the results.
